Welcome to The Expert Student, our website for classes that will help your child meet their potential and achieve success in the classroom. My name is Charles Sadnick – I’m the founder of The Expert Student and will be teaching and tutoring your children to help them become better students.
My Story
I grew up with supportive parents who wanted to see my succeed, but who had little know-how regarding how to help me do well in the classroom. My father was frequently away from home working and my mother spoke little English. Neither were college graduates. If I was to succeed, I had to learn study and testing skills on my own.
By the end of elementary school, I had gained the necessary tools and techniques to guide me in becoming a master student. I routinely placed among the top scoring students in my school through high school, where I graduated near the top of my class in a highly-regarded institution. I graduated manga cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin with a secondary school teaching certification.
I’ve now been involved in education for twelve years, in classroom settings, online for higher education students, and now at a statewide, institutional level, where I coordinate all activities and manage staff for a state agency, guiding initiatives in creating curriculum for classrooms and developing workshops to guide educators.
I want to use my knowledge and expertise to help your students achieve their best, taking their ability and smarts and providing them the tools to take their studies to the next level and become “expert students.”
